Returns & Refunds policy

Because our products are digital downloads you receive instantly, all sales are final. We can't take back a file once it's been delivered.

We still want every purchase to feel right, so we'll gladly help in these situations:

Your file won't open or is damaged > Send you a working copy, or refund you if we can't fix it

You never received your download email > Resend your download link

Your 48-hour download link expired > Send you a fresh link

You accidentally bought the same product twice > Refund the duplicate purchase

How to request help

Email hello@brightanomaly.com within 14 days of your purchase with your name, order number, and a short description of the problem. We'll reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.

Before disputing a charge

Please contact us first. Most issues can be solved quickly with a new link or a fresh file.

Customers in the EU and UK

Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you request immediate access to your download and acknowledge this.
