Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of brightanomaly.com (the "Site") and any purchase of digital products from the Bright Anomaly store. The Site and store are operated by Jacks Method, LLC, doing business as Old Ink Records ("Old Ink Records," "Bright Anomaly," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Digital products

Our products, including the Home Base Builder, are digital downloads delivered as PDF files. No physical item is shipped. After a successful purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link. Download links expire 48 hours after purchase, so please download and save your file promptly. If your link expires before you can download it, contact us at hello@brightanomaly.com and we'll help.

2. Your license

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print as many copies as you need for yourself.

You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or give away the file or printed copies

• Upload the product to any website, shared drive, or file-sharing service

• Use the product, or any part of it, in a commercial setting, including with clients, groups, classes, or workshops, without our written permission

• Remove copyright notices or claim the work as your own

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in our products, including text, designs, illustrations, characters, logos, and audio, is owned by Old Ink Records and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Bright Anomaly, Home Base, and related names and characters are our trademarks or brand identifiers.

4. Prices, payment, and discount codes

All prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal, depending on the payment method you choose. We don't see or store your full card details.

Discount codes are valid only for the time period and terms stated when offered, can't be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value. We may end or change any promotion at any time.

5. Health and wellness disclaimer

Bright Anomaly's podcast, website, and products are for informational and personal reflection purposes only. They are not medical or mental health care, and they are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed professional. Using our content does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. You are responsible for your own health decisions. Please consult a doctor or licensed mental health professional about anything affecting your health.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Old Ink Records will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, including for marketing emails you choose to receive. It is part of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. The Terms in effect when you made a purchase apply to that purchase.
